Preparation

  • Choose a healthy and a safe location to install the product.

  • Consult the calculator (above) to determine the amount of Pneugel® to inject into your tire (based on the size of your tire.)

  • Gather the necessary tools: You will need the valve puller to unscrew the tire valve (provided with the product) and a pump to reinflate your tire to the correct pressure recommended by your tire manufacturer.

Precautions

  • Use a pump to reinflate the tire to the pressure recommended by your tire manufacturer.

  • Check the condition of your tires regularly and adjust the pressure if necessary.

  • Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.

If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to consult a professional.

To ensure that Pneugel® works optimally and that your tires remain balanced, it’s recommended to perform a tire balancing before applying the gel. This will help prolong the life of your tires, enhance safety, and improve your driving experience (Precaution on cars only).

IMPORTANT

Pneugel® has undergone rigorous and advanced testing at the Department of Chemistry and Environmental Policies of the University of Milan, which has certified Pneugel® as a product suitable for the transport industry, particularly for heavy-duty vehicles. Furthermore, water analysis conducted at an Italian laboratory accredited by Accredia has classified it as non-hazardous waste, which can be disposed of as such. However, the automotive industry is continuously evolving with new materials and production processes, so it is always recommended to consult the user and maintenance manuals for wheels and tires before proceeding with installation. About the calculator PNEUGEL bears no responsibility for the commercial activity resulting from the calculations made on this platform.
