These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pneugel® products and services across European countries, including Italy, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, and Portugal.
2. Product Usage
Pneugel® is designed for automotive and heavy-duty transportation industries. Customers must consult the relevant tire and wheel manuals before installation. Proper application procedures must be followed to avoid malfunctions or inefficiencies.
3. Compliance with Local Regulations
Pneugel® complies with EU regulations concerning chemical safety, environmental impact, and waste disposal. National laws specific to Italy, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, and Portugal are respected.
4. Warranty and Liability
Pneugel® products carry a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The product is certified as non-hazardous waste by accredited laboratories. Improper installation, misuse, or neglect voids the warranty.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned product. A Returns Merchant Authorization (RMA) number is required, and returns should be sent via insured postal services.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on location, weight, and packaging, with the option for insurance. Delivery timelines vary between 5–10 business days across Europe. Accurate delivery addresses must be provided, and delays due to incorrect information will not be covered.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the specific jurisdictions of the mentioned countries. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the country where the purchase was made.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Pneugel® adheres to GDPR standards. Personal data collected during transactions will be handled confidentially and shared only when necessary to fulfill orders. Customers may withdraw consent and exercise their rights under data protection laws.
9. Environmental Policy
Pneugel® is committed to environmental sustainability. The product is certified as non-hazardous waste and can be safely disposed of in accordance with local and national regulations.
